Julie & the BadDogs is NOT just another cover band.

Sure, we can play the songs you know and love, but we play them in a style that's spontaneous and unique - without sacrificing what makes them all-time favorites.  Nothing is canned, everything you hear is created in the moment and adapted to the mood of the crowd. 

Our four-piece band allows each player the musical space to fully express their talent.  Because we're not a big group, the sound you hear is crisp, clear, and honest.  Our volume is always tasteful - loud when it should be and quiet when it shouldn't.

A couple months ago we went back to the dog pound and found multi-instrumentalist Frank West.  He was just so likable and well trained that we had to take him home.  Frank plays bass, sings great, and is also terrific on both guitar and keyboard.  So far he hasn't had a single accident in the house!

Just recently another stray dog has been hanging around our door.  He is obviously a Great Dane, and at first we were a little worried to let him in just because he's SO BIG.  But he's proved to be a gentle giant  so we're giving him a chance to play with the BadDogs.  His tag reads "Steve-o Phillip" and as you'd expect, this big guy plays bass and sings with a powerful voice.
